Terms & Conditions
By purchasing services from Pine and Polish, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Vehicle Condition: The customer acknowledges that the condition of the vehicle to be detailed is as presented to the Company at the time of service. The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damages, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or paint imperfections. It is the customer's responsibility to inform the Company of any pre-existing damages before the commencement of the detailing service.
2. Limited Liability: While the Company employs highly trained professionals and exercises the utmost care in performing detailing services, the customer understands and agrees that the Company shall not be held liable for any damages to the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, mechanical issues, or damages caused by existing structural or mechanical problems. The customer releases the Company and its employees from any liability related to such damages.
3. Personal Items: Customers are advised to remove any personal items, valuables, or sensitive materials from the vehicle before the detailing service. The Company is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items left in the vehicle during the detailing process. Customers may not bring CLOROX wipes anywhere near the vehicle during and after the detail. Doing so may result in a lawsuit of up to $60,000.
4. Chemical Sensitivities: Customers with known chemical sensitivities or allergies should inform the Company in advance. While the Company uses industry-standard and eco-friendly detailing products, it is the customer's responsibility to notify the Company of any specific product requests or concerns related to allergies.
5. Payment and Refund Policy: Payment for services is due upon completion of the detailing service. No refunds will be issued once the service is completed. Any disputes regarding the quality of service must be reported to the Company within 24 hours of service completion, and the Company will assess and address such concerns on a case-by-case basis.
6. Rescheduling and Cancellation: Customers are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or canceling appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
By engaging in our detailing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and any such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website or other communication channels.
